Excellent, attentive service. Always available for my many questions. Understood my brief very well and were able to secure my property within hours of viewing with a close deadline for final offers. Good advice got me over the line in a very competitive market and were right on the money as they say. Assistance after the contract was signed was very much appreciated. First time buying property on my own and couldn't have done it without them! Daniel and Brendon were amazing! As first time home buyers, in a very tight market- we struggled to find anything meeting our criteria. From the first call, to the emails exchanged and spreadsheets created- the whole team was nothing but exceptional. In addition, they set us up with a great broker- and worked as the well oiled machine that they are. Guiding us in our offer, and being the negotiator, even organising our building, pest, electrical inspections & then lining up the pre-settlement. I have purchased property before and never considered using a buyer's agent. To be honest, I didn't really know they existed. I had been trying to buy a home in a small and popular suburb. I was unsuccessful bidding on a house at auction and unsuccessful making an offer on a house in a multiple offer situation.That's when I called Daniel from Urban Buyer.
